16 Snow Globe Templates and Templates

Snow globes, also called snowdomes, became popular in the 1800s, and a version shown at the 1889 Paris World's Fair featured a tiny Eiffel Tower inside. The first patent for a snow globe was filed in Austria in 1900. Shake one and small flakes swirl through liquid, then slowly settle like falling snow. This set of 16 templates offers globes with scenes inside. One holds a bunny with a banner, another a gingerbread house, a clock tower village, a penguin in a hat and an ornament with holly and snowflakes. A globe sits on a candy cane base with presents, and there is an outline, a fun globe and a cute globe for little kids. The blank outline lets kids draw their own scene inside, like their house, a pet or a favorite place. Light blue for the glass, white dots for snow and a wooden or red base look classic. Cut out finished globes to make holiday cards or window decorations.
